College Rivals S3 Cosplay Invitational

Ampverse DMI

Designed and ran the invitational, with a three-person team · 2026

Grand Finale · NESCO, Mumbai · 22 Mar 2026

• Designed and ran the cosplay invitational at the Grand Finale of College Rivals Season 3, Ampverse DMI’s multi-city collegiate esports property. My part was the invitational at the Mumbai finale.
• Wrote the format (closed pre-judging plus a 30-second stage performance), the 50-point rubric, the Rs 50,000 prize structure, the registration and voting flow, the safety and prop policy, and the legal block.
• Shortlisted 25 finalists from 100+ registrations and turned 2,603 voting-link clicks into 1,400+ recorded votes in five days, through paid Instagram promotion and college community outreach.
• Funded an independent judging panel from my own budget instead of judging it myself. I ran it off stage.
